Luxury five star hotel, Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa has welcomed Carly Robson to the team.
Carly, who has had previous experience working in five star establishments, will be responsible for maximising the sales and revenue of Warren Weir, Luton Hoo’s conference and events venue. Her role will also include building brand awareness and ensuring guests are treated with the excellent service that Luton Hoo is renowned for.
Commenting on her new surroundings, Carly said:
“Luton Hoo has a wonderful atmosphere to it. It’s amazing how quickly you feel at home, I think that says a lot about a venue. We are lucky to have something to offer every customer, from grandeur and tradition in the Mansion to a very relaxed atmosphere in the Country Club.
“I came from a smaller hotel, so the potential here at Warren Weir is huge. We’re very lucky that it is set in beautiful surroundings and offers complete privacy and exclusivity with bundles of space. There is also the added bonus of having the potential to brand the buildings and make Warren Weir your own, a strength which many venues struggle to offer.”
