Mondrian London at Sea Containers, the highly anticipated design hotel opening its doors on the River Thames, is on the lookout for hot talent to join their opening team: could this be you?
Recruitment days will be held on Thursday 10 July and Tuesday 15 July at Vinopolis in London so, if you fancy a job in this exciting new hotel, take a serious look at the opportunity now.
With cutting-edge design by Design Research Studio under the creative direction of Tom Dixon, Mondrian will be home to a restaurant by New York chef Seamus Mullen, and Dandelyan, a seasonal cocktail bar with Ryan Chetiyawardana, A.K.A Mr. Lyan. With stunning riverside views and a bustling urban vibe reflecting the Southbank neighbourhood, Mondrian London is set to become London’s new destination.
There will be openings in Food & Beverage, Bars, Restaurant, Kitchen, Events, Room Service, Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, Bell and Housekeeping, and the hotel is keen to recruit the most exciting new talent.
Mondrian London will be holding its recruitment days on Thursday 10th July and Tuesday 15th July between 10am and 7pm at Vinopolis, 1 Bank End near Borough Market.
Attendees will have the chance to learn more about Mondrian London and the personalities and faces behind its world-class food and beverage outlets. World-renowned cocktail expert Ryan Chetiyawardana will be holding mixology masterclasses to showcase some of the best cocktails from his new bar offering within the hotel, and Sea Containers chef Seamus Mullen has recorded a video to give candidates a sneak peak of the exciting new restaurant.
Anne Golden, General Manager, will also be leading showcase presentations to outline the building’s design elements at 1pm and 4.30pm on each of the recruitment days.
Candidates should come armed with a strong personality, impressive experience and their CV, and be prepared to be interviewed for the upcoming roles on the day.
