Smart LIVE, the creative events production arm of Smart Group, has launched its new range of summer party packages. These packages will create specially themed settings designed to create a fun and imaginative experience for guests in different locations around the UK, including London.
Working in partnership with selected venues, Smart LIVE has created a variety of themes that can be tailored for each individual party. Celebration themes include the Enchanted Garden Party in Bloomsbury, where strings of lights will set the scene of Bedford Square and acoustic entertainment will complement the sumptuous food and drink.
O2, Hurlingham, One Marylebone, Battersea, Hedsor House…
At Building Six at the O2, the Copacabana theme is inspired by the famous 1940s New York nightclub, where guests will enjoy a lively evening with cocktails in the outside terrace and a raised DJ will play down to the crowds in the main venue inside. Alternatively, the English Elegance theme at the historic setting of London’s Hurlingham Club will offer barbeque food and alfresco drinks, before top London DJs play for a packed dance floor.
Other themes include a Neon Party at One Marylebone, Picnic in the Park at Battersea Park, and Escape to the Country in the stunning Buckinghamshire countryside of Hedsor House.
Smart LIVE’s production expertise, creativity, and event management skills, tailor these packages to suit individual preferences and budgets, and include exquisite food and drink from award-winning caterers, DJs, entertainment and styling, state-of-the-art audio visual production, event management, and additional imaginative surprises.
Teambuilding packages
In addition to the summer celebration packages, teambuilding days are also available. These activities will inspire and motivate teams with days centred around specially designed themes. For example, the Office Olympics will see teams compete in a range of physical and mental challenges including clay pigeon shooting, sumo wrestling suits and lifesize table football, and the Great Egg Launch will test employees’ problem-thinking skills, working to construct the perfect egg launcher.
