UK’s most romantic hotels uncovered by guest reviews

LateRooms.com has revealed the most romantic accommodation that hotel goers love the most, with its 2013 Simply The Guest Awards. Following the success of the guest-rated awards in 2012, the Simply The Guest Awards return for the second year to recognise and celebrate the properties on LateRooms.com with the most positive customer reviews in 2013.

With Valentine’s Day approaching, the hotel booking specialist has identified the ten best romantic hotels for 2014 using the site’s vast database of genuine customer reviews. Each property will be honoured with a much-coveted Simply The Guest Award.

The Wheatley Arms wins

LateRooms.com can reveal that customers have made the Wheatley Arms (pictured above and below) the winning romantic hotel due to its ‘beautiful rooms’. Other high scorers include The Colesbourne Inn for its ‘beautiful surroundings’ and ‘beautiful old building’ and The Lake House which reviews felt showcased the ‘beauty of the Lake District’.
