Axelle Besson has been promoted to Food & Beverage Manager at Lancaster London.
In her new role, Axelle will oversee the Food & Beverage Department of the hotel, including the 2AA rosette restaurants: Nipa Thai, an authentic Thai restaurant and Island Grill, which has been also awarded 3 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association for the second year.
Prior to this new role, Axelle provided mentoring, coaching and succession planning within the Food & Beverage Department. She has also worked in different hotels and restaurants in France and England and obtained a Master degree at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne.
