For the ninth consecutive year, Marriott International has been recognised as one of the “25 Best Big Companies to Work For” through The Sunday Times’ prestigious “Best Companies to Work For” listing, ranking as the top hospitality company. This recognition is a mark of distinction for companies across the UK and places Marriott International 9th on the list.
The Sunday Times recognised Marriott International for its ethos of taking care of its associates, and also continued efforts to recognise and reward their achievements, with associates feeling they make a valuable contribution to the company’s success. Marriott was also highlighted for offering employees valuable experiences for personal growth and future opportunities.

The 2016 “Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies to Work For List”, announced online on 28 February and its sister award, the “Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For” list, recognise the best employers in the United Kingdom, based on employee’s own assessments on how they are valued and invested in by their company.
