Acting on behalf of CLC World Resorts and Hotels, Christie + Co has been appointed to handle the sale of Hustyns, a luxurious holiday resort close to Padstow in Cornwall.
Set within a 70-acre estate, the purpose built country hotel offers 37 luxury bedrooms, extensive banqueting facilities and state-of-the-art leisure and spa facilities.
Hustyns is located in an accessible position close to the A39 and A30, two major traffic routes running through Cornwall with good links to Exeter and the M5 motorway network. North Cornwall is a renowned holiday destination with its spectacular coastline, secluded coves and award winning beaches.
CLC World has owned and operated Hustyns for their own specific requirements since 2006 mainly for members within its worldwide vacation club. Over the past years they have substantially invested in the facility that has earned itself a reputation recognised for quality as a 4-star hotel resort.
Matthew Smith, Director at Christie + Co’s Exeter office is handling the sale. Christie + Co is seeking offers in excess of £3,000,000 for the freehold vacant possession.
