Luxury independent hospitality group Edwardian Group London, which owns and operates Radisson Blu Edwardian brands and the May Fair Hotel, has today announced the appointment of Amir Jati as its new Service Excellence Director.
With a long career in hospitality and having been instrumental in establishing private dining during a 10 year tenure at Nobu, Amir brings a new vision and vast creative aspirations for the group’s portfolio of F&B offerings. Prior to Nobu, Amir also held positions as restaurant manager for celebrated Italian chef Antonio Carluccio; The Savoy Hotel London, and the Walt Disney Cruise line.
Plans for May Fair Bar
Under Amir’s direction, the renowned May Fair Bar is currently undergoing a full transformation with the aim of becoming the most decadent and iconic lounge bar in London’s luxury quarter.
The new May Fair Bar is set to open its doors on Monday 14th September and will bring a range of signature martinis, a live kitchen with a menu of elegant small plates and further plans to bring a new weekend brunch experience and calendar of evening DJs.
Inderneel Singh, General Manager of the May Fair Hotel, commented, “Amir’s experience and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in our plans for the group in the coming years. His experience in the industry to date demonstrates his ambition to take an established brand and export its signature experience to a new arena while maintaining quality and the luxury feel.
