Flemings Mayfair has appointed Mateusz Przyborowski as the new Food & Beverage Service Manager of the privately owned boutique hotel in London. Founded in 1851, the 129-room luxury property is one of only a handful of family-owned hotels in the capital, as well as one of the oldest.
Over the last five years, Mateusz has worked in F&B service roles at top venues across the UK. As Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager at Home House in London, Mateusz managed a team of 15, overseeing VIP bookings and heading up in-house training. Prior to this as Duty Manager at the Harpenden House Hotel, he worked closely with the sales, marketing, events and reservations teams to develop the business and elevate the hotel to four-star status. Mateusz’s experience in conferences and banqueting, most recently at 30 Euston Square, stands him in good stead for luxury weddings and events at Flemings Mayfair.
Mateusz will draw on his experience to ensure service is of the highest standard at the hotel’s Grill restaurant, bar and the brand new Drawing Room, an Indian-inspired tea room in collaboration with The East India Company.
