Growth continues at Redefine BDL Hotels with the signing of a contract to manage the 77-bedroom Longhirst Hall hotel and conference centre near Morpeth, Northumberland.
The iconic Georgian house is a leading event venue and hotel in Northumberland, complete with 25 conference rooms and a five star spa, all set in 75 acres of woodland and landscaped gardens.
Target of 100 hotels under management
Stewart Campbell, Managing Director of Redefine BDL Hotels commented: “We are very happy to welcome Longhirst Hall to our expanding portfolio and we remain firmly on track to achieve our goal of 100 hotels under management by 2016.
The management contract signing represents the fourth new contract award since May 2013, further consolidating growth plans outlined by Chairman Helder Pereira. Redefine BDL Hotels currently manages 60 properties under management contracts and long-term leases.
